l Deeply involved into the Verification/Validation Test to verify the design to meet all functionality, reliability, serviceability, customer, and regulatory requirements. 深度參與產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)階段的設(shè)計(jì)與功能測(cè)試。
l Debug and solve many technically challenging issues as part of a multidisciplinary design team.精通硬件調(diào)試與問(wèn)題分析。
l Master degree of power electronic with 3 years of power electronic products design experience. Bachelor’s degree will need 5 years’ experience. Drive product experience will be highly preferred電力電子專業(yè)碩士文憑,至少3年以上電力電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。學(xué)士學(xué)位需要5年以上設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有變頻器產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。
l Good knowledge of power electronic topology (2-level, 3-level, PFC, SVG, AFE…etc), 2-level inverter is a mandatory. 3-level/Soft-switching/PFC will be highly preferred. 精通常用電力電子拓?fù)洹J炀氄莆?電平變頻器技術(shù),有3電平、軟開(kāi)關(guān)技術(shù)或者功率因數(shù)校正經(jīng)驗(yàn)的會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。
l Mater the power electronic semi-conductor component selection. Master the power loss calculation. Master the gate driver design. SiC and gate driver design experience will be highly preferred. 精通電力電子半導(dǎo)體器件選型,損耗計(jì)算以及驅(qū)動(dòng)電路設(shè)計(jì)。有碳化硅器件選型及驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。
l Master the protection strategy (short circuit, over voltage, thermal). 3 years’ experience of drive platform design will be highly preferred. 精通電力電子產(chǎn)品保護(hù)策略(短路,過(guò)壓,過(guò)溫)。3年以上變頻器硬件平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。
l Sensors and signal conditioning (grounding schemes, filters, A/D…). Current/Voltage measurement methods. 傳感器與信號(hào)處理設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括接地,拓?fù)?,濾波器,數(shù)字/模擬轉(zhuǎn)換。常用電流電壓檢測(cè)方法。
l Switched power supplies (Forward/flyback DC/DC converters, PFCs, power efficiency, reliability…). Able to design and guide the supplier to develop the transformer and inductor. 開(kāi)關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟知常用拓?fù)?,器件選型,損耗與效率計(jì)算。能夠指導(dǎo)、協(xié)同供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行高頻變壓器和電感設(shè)計(jì)。
l EMC principal knowledge, Differential/Common path, Conducted/Radiated Emission… EMC相關(guān)原理掌握,差模、共模路徑分析。輻射傳導(dǎo)與發(fā)射傳導(dǎo)問(wèn)題解決
l Analog circuit design (Amplifier, 2/3 order filter, Monte Carlo method). 掌握常用模擬電子設(shè)計(jì),包括運(yùn)放設(shè)計(jì),2、3階濾波器設(shè)計(jì),蒙特卡洛分析等。
l High-speed digital design and circuits (microprocessors, DSPs, memories, CPLD), familiar with basic controller functions (analog/Digital input or output). CPLD programming and digital filter experience will be highly preferred. 數(shù)字電路設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟知主控板功能設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)字、模擬輸入輸出接口設(shè)計(jì),編碼器接口設(shè)計(jì)。有CPLD/FPGA編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)的會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。熟悉常用數(shù)字濾波器原理的會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。
l Schematic/PCB design and tools skills(Allegro)熟練使用原理圖與PCB制圖工具。
l Familiar with simulation tools (MATLAB, Plecs, Pspice), basic knowledge of motor control能夠熟練使用一種或者多種仿真分析工具,了解電機(jī)控制原理基礎(chǔ)。
l Familiar with related standard, IEC61800-5-1, UL61800-5-1 熟悉變頻器相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),至少包括 IEC/UL61800-5-1
l Good oral and writing English skills, able to communicate with internal and foreign engineers through email or phone meeting.能夠使用英文進(jìn)行讀寫。有英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力的會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮。
