Major responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the safety and management of water application lab, and to organize team to deliver timely and accurate result to water-intensive customers.
- To improve and expand water application lab platform for new water-intensive market and new industry process.
- To coach and develop team staff for technique and skills improvement.
- To establish the capacity of microbiology application evaluation in Shanghai technical center lab.
- To cooperate with commercial team tightly for work request prioritizing, source allocation, report interpretation and customer visit.
Successful profile:
- Master or Above, relevant water treatment experience or technique background for 10 years or above, 3 years above on management experience.
- Have a strong knowledge and experience of water treatment, such as cooling, boiler, process or RO system.
- Solid knowledge and experience of microbiology control in water-intensive industry will be a plus.
- Be good at problem analyzing and process development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent at verbal and written English.
