Meets or exceeds individual sales target set by the company through scientific product promotion to key customers 通過(guò)向重點(diǎn)客戶進(jìn)行科學(xué)的產(chǎn)品推廣完成公司設(shè)定的個(gè)人銷售目標(biāo)
Acts to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and delivery of scientific services in order to build superior relationships with key stakeholders 通過(guò)維持經(jīng)常聯(lián)系,熟練掌握產(chǎn)品知識(shí)并提供科學(xué)服務(wù)來(lái)建立與核心利益相關(guān)者的 卓越關(guān)系做出滿足客戶期望的行動(dòng)
Organizes scientific lectures and prepares speaker contracts 組織科學(xué)講座并準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)合同
Organizes roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area 組織圓桌會(huì)議以促進(jìn)在指定銷售區(qū)域核心專家間的科學(xué)討論
Assists the Marketing Department to promote the organization of regional meetings and assists the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health services 協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部門促進(jìn)地區(qū)會(huì)議的組織并協(xié)助主管完成招標(biāo)程序和健康服務(wù)
Provides accurate market information feedback and updates information in various databases, including the daily documentation of his/her activities in the CRM system 提供準(zhǔn)確的市場(chǎng)信息反饋并更新包括其在CRM系統(tǒng)中活動(dòng)的日常文檔在內(nèi)的不同數(shù) 據(jù)庫(kù)的信息
Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives 參加特殊項(xiàng)目,如:大型促銷活動(dòng),推出新產(chǎn)品和新的營(yíng)銷舉措

University degree and above, major in Medicine 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)藥學(xué)專業(yè)
One year ( /-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales 藥品銷售一年左右工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base 掌握產(chǎn)品、市場(chǎng)和客戶群相關(guān)知識(shí)
Good business sensitivity, learning ability and sales skills 良好的業(yè)務(wù)敏感度、學(xué)習(xí)能力和銷售能力
