General Description
Communicate with customer and warehouse operation department, send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
與客戶(hù)和倉(cāng)庫(kù)操作部門(mén)溝通,按規(guī)定向倉(cāng)庫(kù)下達(dá)操作任務(wù),并跟蹤訂單跟蹤報(bào)告,確保及時(shí)收貨和發(fā)貨。
Specific Accountabilities
1. Communicate with customers, deal with customer needs and customer complaints
2. Daily order processing and maintenance to ensure completion within KPI
3. Send operation tasks to warehouse according to rules, and track order tracking report to ensure timely receipt and delivery
4. Timely deal with order anomalies, operation anomalies and some system data anomalies
5. Prepare and arrange promotional activities, cooperate with warehouse operation
6. Activity data analysis and summary
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

4.及時(shí)處理訂單異常、操作異常及部分系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)異常
5.準(zhǔn)備和安排促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng),配合倉(cāng)庫(kù)操作
6.活動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)分析與總結(jié)
7.完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)
Skills Required
1. Good English reading and writing skills
2. Proficient in Office software
1.良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力
2.精通辦公軟件
Experience and Qualifications
1. College degree or above
2. At least 1 year related experience (excellent fresh graduate is also acceptable)
1.大專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷
2.至少 1 年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(也可接受優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生)
