Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges
Perform routine and complex internal investigations of misconduct. You will perform interviews, both remote and in person, review documents, communications, digital evidence, and other sources of information. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be required to clearly communicate results of investigations and ensure the identification of root causes of process and control failures.

61 Work collaboratively with HR, Legal and business stakeholders
61 Provide briefings regarding investigations
61 Identify control and process gaps, along with root cause analysis in preparation for the crafting of corrective actions
YOU MUST HAVE
61 Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of a degree, working experience in Corporate Investigations or Law Enforcement
61 English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency, both spoken and written.

61 Experience in fraud detection and investigation
61 Advanced fraud investigative certifications such as CFE
61 Ability to talk to people and actively listen

61 Ability to identify subtle interrelationships and patterns
