As a PVD process engineer, detailed tasks are as the following:
61 Responsible for the cutting tools and molds PVD coating process application and development
61 Responsible for the PVD pre and post treatment processes, e.g. cleaning, polishing, dry blasting, we blasting, drag finishing, stripping and decoating, design treatment machine
61 Monitor process chains and identify improvement potential.
61 Audit and write manufacturing work instruction and test procedures, track yields and productivity, troubleshoot problems and assist in training technicians, system operators and quality inspector.
61 Monitor and support coating and measurement equipments maintenance.
61 Independently conduct sampling for new products / customers including process selection and setup
