We as ME/MFT1（Manufacturing Technology） industrialize processes of Assembly and Interconnect Technologies (AIT) for the production of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and cooperate closely with development departments and manufacturing plants.
ME/MFT是制造工廠與研發(fā)部門的銜接窗口，一方面與全球的研發(fā)部門合作進(jìn)行工藝開發(fā)，另一方面與全球的制造工廠合作進(jìn)行工藝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。ME/MFT1主要專注于汽車電子制造SMT領(lǐng)域的以上活動。
Job Responsibility
?Drive the standardization of MES specification of all MFT1 process (SMT Selective soldering) by the collaboration with all process owners
?Overall coordinate and push the creation of the specification for the interface of a process station to the MES
?Keep eyes on implementation status based on requirements specification by co-work with global plants with some digital tool and frequent communication
?Be in driver seat to push the transfer to function
