Your Responsibilities
1）Integrate upstream process laser and downstream process Uball for sustainable yield, prevent SR void, missing ball, and e-test open failure.
2）SR Glass Mask optimization on 1st NPI and successful shipment.
3）New SR material qualification on time and not impact new products and new technical road map block .
Your Profile
1）Minimum education level from Bachelor Degree in engineering basis
2）Knowledge of project management, data analysis and design of experiments
3）Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc)
4）Engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
5）Working experience with multinational or intercultural teams
6）Good analytical skills with attention to details
7）Good stress management skills
8）Fluent written and oral English
9）Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges
