職位描述：
Project management
- Leading cross functional mechanical development SE-team to achieve project QCD
- Lead the team to analyze customer requirements, transfer customer requirements to internal technical specificationand determine focus area with the SE team
- Lead team to develop the mechanical concept and technically analyze the design element with specific methodologye.g. FEA simulation, calculation etc, and fix the design which fulfills requirements
- Cooperate with purchasing to check manufacturability of the mechanical parts, lead time and cost
- Prepare samples with support from supplier, production for function check, reliability testing
- Coordinate validation team to perform the testing on time/cost/quality
- Release the product to production, support for production launch
- Be responsible for following the defined development process to ensure project objectives(cost, time, quality) invariant
