Select and monitor recruitment channels to ensure our recruitment quality. Implement, facilitate and follow up a quality recruitment process ? Post vacancies in the most effective channel on time, select quality candidates and pass to store recruiters, ensure all applicants have a reply within 2 weeks ? Make accurate and objective candidate evaluations based on the job profile criteria and the specific demands for each position ? Analyze and follow up the recruitment KPI’s, the recruitment system and reports. Work with AHR take any necessary action to ensure the recruitment needs are completed on time ?
