職責(zé)描述：
Responsible for daily operation activities in Laser/Printing/Placement/Reflow equipment
? Lead new product DFM and trial run
? Manage and dispose production abnormal issue in SMT process.
? Work with other function team for continuous process and equipment improvement.
? Standardize SMT process specification and documentation.
? Drive and lead assigned improvement projects
? Responsible for global process standardization and new line setup.
? Responsible for technician and production operator training and certification
任職要求：
Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or other related areas senior
? At least 7 years SMT or wave/selective soldering engineering experience
? Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610,（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)） FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma tools （統(tǒng)計(jì)方法）工具和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
? Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement 處理問(wèn)題實(shí)際案例
? Be familiar with Panasonic machine and system 主流機(jī)器 優(yōu)先 ASM
? Be familiar with CAD，CAM 350 軟件 至少熟悉
? Fluent communication both in Chinese and English 書(shū)面
