Responsibility：1. Set-up and supervision of planned times2. Time studies in production steps3. Carry out the time studies in production4. Time variance and throughput review and find out the possibility for process improvement 5. Fine tune the planned time to be matched with actual time6. Plan time7. Prepare time tables and set default time into production steps in SAP8. Update planned times as per variance report9. Weekly / Monthly time variance review10. Daily production throughput checking11. Prepare proposals to improve efficiency and find potentials for cost reduction12. Change request and S.S.S implementation13. Training new colleagues14. Other Job assignment from superiorRequirements：1. Exact and precise style of working 2. Completion of a higher technical college3. Good negotiation and communication skills 4. Knowledge in the functionality of SAP R/3 and MS Office 5. IE Knowledge 6. Fluent written and oral English 7. Experience in the PCB or related industry / PCB
