Develop channel management, support BU for policy/strategy making發(fā)展渠道的管理,支持BU制定政策和戰(zhàn)略3. Manage and optimize channel systems, processes and documentation管理和優(yōu)化渠道系統(tǒng)、流程和文檔4. Monitor channel business monthly / quarterly performance and improve channel productivity as well as efficiency and satisfaction監(jiān)控渠道業(yè)務(wù)的月度/季度表現(xiàn),提高渠道生產(chǎn)力和效率5. Improve channel synergy within Siemens internal提高與西門子內(nèi)部的渠道協(xié)同6. Drive key channel development actions together with BU and sales region與BU和區(qū)域銷售,共同推進(jìn)渠道重點(diǎn)發(fā)展計劃7. Channel related compliance and risk management渠道相關(guān)合規(guī)及風(fēng)險管理8. Channel key account management and business development負(fù)責(zé)渠道大客戶管理和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展9. Multination company working experience is preferred有跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先3. Ambitious and aggressive to develop long term business, be able to coordinate on multiple interests and make fair decisions有開拓長遠(yuǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的雄心和進(jìn)取心,能夠協(xié)調(diào)多方利益,做出公平的決策4. Basic technical know-how on SI products and solution具備智能基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施集團(tuán)產(chǎn)品和解決方案的基本技術(shù)知識5. Promote all Channel products, solutions and services to related customers推廣所有渠道的產(chǎn)品、解決方案和服務(wù)相關(guān)的客戶6. Visit regularly and establish good and effective, long term relationship with customers定期拜訪客戶,與客戶建立良好、有效、長期的合作關(guān)系7.
