職位描述:
特別說(shuō)明:由于公司總部在福州,本崗位前期每個(gè)月需要在福州工作3周時(shí)間,再在北京工作1周。
responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
1. design and implement the global marketing strategy and annual marketing plan in alignment with the corporate strategy. direct and conduct the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives including tradeshows & technology roadshows, campaigns, social media, company websites, company videos, public relations, internal and external communication activities.
根據(jù)公司的發(fā)展目標(biāo),制定長(zhǎng)期全球市場(chǎng)發(fā)展策略和年度營(yíng)銷(xiāo)規(guī)劃,指導(dǎo)并組織實(shí)施營(yíng)銷(xiāo)傳播計(jì)劃的開(kāi)發(fā)和執(zhí)行,包括貿(mào)易展和科技展、推廣活動(dòng)、社交媒體、公司網(wǎng)站、公司視頻、公共關(guān)系、內(nèi) 部溝通和公司活動(dòng);
2. initiate and improve strategic communication both internally and externally to influence customers’ understanding, engagement of and commitment to our company and products with a stronger collaboration with our business partners.
建立并推動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略性?xún)?nèi)外部溝通,積極影響客戶(hù)對(duì)公司及產(chǎn)品的理解,提升客戶(hù)參與度,業(yè)務(wù)承諾,加強(qiáng)客戶(hù)與公司的緊密合作關(guān)系;
3. manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines. differentiate promotion tactics for all product lines according to the target markets. propose the budgeting plan and manage it in the control.
規(guī)劃并管理公司所有產(chǎn)品線在市場(chǎng)的品牌交付和一致性,依據(jù)產(chǎn)品及目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和客戶(hù)的特性,制定產(chǎn)品推廣策略,編制并管理公司市場(chǎng)推廣費(fèi)用預(yù)算;
4. organize and lead market analysis. provide timely reports and suggestions with market dynamics and collective data.
組織開(kāi)展市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,實(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和分析報(bào)告;
5. organize and coordinate trade shows and be responsible for the content management and resources arrangement. follow up the event progress with the detailed project plan.
統(tǒng)籌大型展會(huì),主導(dǎo)內(nèi)容的策劃和資源協(xié)調(diào),跟進(jìn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行情況,把控展會(huì)效果及時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn);
6. manage online and offline branding and products activities. create and execute dealers experiencing events and promote accordingly.
管理品牌及產(chǎn)品層面的線上線下推廣活動(dòng),策劃并執(zhí)行總部及海外公司的代理商大會(huì),根據(jù)不同受眾群和傳播目標(biāo),策劃并執(zhí)行媒體及客戶(hù)活動(dòng);
7. collaborate closely with marketing channels and industrial associations including vertical media, cross-function media, b to b platforms and public relationships to introduce our brand to the whole world.
與各維度線上線下?tīng)I(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道和行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)建立深度合作關(guān)系,包含垂直媒體、跨界媒體資源、資源置換媒體、pr等,為公司宣傳造勢(shì),獲得品牌在全球市場(chǎng)大幅度曝光機(jī)會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)資源效益最大化。
qualifications任職資格:
1. bachelor degree or above majoring in marketing, publication, advertisement, english literature or etc. operation experiences in industrial products are preferred.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、傳播學(xué)、廣告、英文等專(zhuān)業(yè),有工業(yè)產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 5 years’ work experiences in ad, branding, activities organization or publication. be familiar with social media and business platforms. be sensitive to internet topics and new technologies.
5年以上廣告、品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)、活動(dòng)策劃、市場(chǎng)傳播經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉主流社交平臺(tái)及商務(wù)平臺(tái),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)話題和科技前沿知識(shí)有敏銳度;
3. have great literature and advertisement skills both in oral and written english.
擅長(zhǎng)英文營(yíng)銷(xiāo)文案及新聞稿件的撰寫(xiě),英文口語(yǔ)流利;
4. be good at searching. have a good sense of international aesthetics and vision. willing to take challenges.
檢索能力強(qiáng),邏輯清晰,有國(guó)際化視野、良好的審美意識(shí),有創(chuàng)新冒險(xiǎn)精神;
5. outstanding communications skills and cooperation skills. open to travel across boundaries.
具備突出的客戶(hù)溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力,能接受短期出差;
6. basic skills of ps, ai, pr, ae or other graphics tools.具備ps、ai、pr、ae等平面和視頻編輯工具使用技能。
