崗位描述：

1) 在歐美國別文學(xué)、比較文學(xué)理論、世界文學(xué)理論等領(lǐng)域獨(dú)立開展科研工作，發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文，主持或參與重要科研項(xiàng)目，提升本學(xué)科的國際國內(nèi)影響力。 2) 獨(dú)立講授歐美國別文學(xué)、比較文學(xué)理論等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科生和研究生課程。 3) 積極參與本學(xué)科課程體系建設(shè)，輔導(dǎo)本科、碩士和博士研究生。 1) Teaching undergraduate and post-graduate courses in the fields of European literature, English-language literature, comparative literature theories, world literature theories and ects. 2) Conducting excellent independent research in the fields of comparative literature and world literature. 3) Curriculum development and theiss supervision at undergraduate and graduate levels; supervision of Master and PhD research

資格條件：

具有博士學(xué)位，原則上具有博士后研究經(jīng)歷，具有良好的國際學(xué)術(shù)視野和合作交流能力。在歐美國別文學(xué)研究、比較文學(xué)理論、世界文學(xué)理論等領(lǐng)域有深厚的專業(yè)知識基礎(chǔ)、較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)潛力，并已發(fā)表高水平論文. A PhD degree in comparative literature, English literature, literary theory, European litearature or other relevant fields. Postdoctoral experience is preferable. A strong record of excellent research in the fields of comparative literature, English literature, literary theory, European litearature.
